The wait begins

Today has been an exciting day indeed. Controversial too if you asked me. Today is monday. Today I'm not working. Something fishy with that? Yes because I skipped work today.

I woke up in the morning freezing because air con + fan = too much for me. The previous night I was in Kuantan staying over at my grandpa's. Suddenly yesterday night I was exposed to the winds of the Himalaya's(equivalent to). Hence, I was sick in the morning. I had to go see a doctor.

The other reason is that news was wide spread in malaysian media that US stocks had tumbled their biggest one day drop for over a year. Since throughout 2007 I have been looking at the sharemarket almost every day, the biggest single drop in a single day have sparked my interest. It was time for share hunting.

And I did buy some shares today, at what I believed was a bargain price. Not many people would have agreed but I believed it so. The most important thing is to wait now. Wait and do nothing, and be sure that I will succeed. Its true. Waiting and doing nothing after buying a great company is the key to success. If anything, only add up on your holdings if the share price beckons it.

So why controversial? Because I skipped a day at work to buy shares. Perhaps not also, because I was sick. Yes, I am well now. Praise God for that. Tomorrow another day begins. May it be the best.
